Trump to END birthright citizenship!

Donald Trump has made a point to make it known that he is ending the birthright citizenship by executive order.

For anyone who doesn't understand this, let me explain.

This is in reference to the 14th Amendment, Clause 1 which states:

"All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

Jurisdiction thereof?

Meaning, if the person that is here, is born of a person who owes their allegiance to another country, NOT the United States, they are therefore not part of our jurisdiction in this condition.

Picture a woman walking through Mexico and happens to accidentally wander across our border and goes into labor. The mother is half in Mexico and half in the USA. Is the child a US citizen? Absolutely NOT. Her allegiance is to Mexico, therefore the child is NOT a US citizen.

However the idea behind all of this is that it allows people a quick in and allows them a way into becoming a citizen. This country that we live in needs a way to slow this process down. We need to screen the citizens that want to come into the USA. They need to have the values and demeanor of what it mean to be an American!
